POINT FREE LEGAL ADVICE in PRZYWIDZ
Point of free legal advice in Przywidz begin operations in early February 2010.
In the first stage lawyer will host nationals once a week at the previously arranged visit. Then, with increasing demand the offer will be gradually extended.
Purpose is raising awareness of the rights conferred to citizens, providing free, reliable and confidential advice socio - legal, motivating the rural environment to enhance their knowledge of the law.
Is planned to implement the following public functions for Residents Municipal Przywidz:
1. organization of free guidance and advice on legal assistance to nationals who are in difficult situation, especially the socially marginalized groups,
2. organization of meetings to raise awareness of civil rights,
3. followed the issuance and publication of information materials relating to civil rights,
4. keeping the database of institutions and organizations to which citizens can ask
assistance,
5. promoting activation of the citizens to exercise their rights in the public sphere,
6. other actions of excluded people, including people with disabilities, which will be implemented with the passage of time.
Enrollment for legal consultation will begin in the form of a telephone from 15 February 2010. in the chair from 9 to 15
Information will be taken by the person receiving the records. Consultations will be held at the premises of the Municipal Cultural Center in Every Thursday at a meeting arranged in advance.
